Psychometric test usually dont have a right/wrong answer so chill...
The tests are usually to understand your personality better. It usually has a statement and 3 reactions and you've got to select which amongst them you do most of d time. Or it has one activity and you've got to decide if you do it or not.
I dont know about pepsico, but there are some practice tests on few website. SHL is one of the leading psychometric test makers and delivers... so chk if they have any... not aware of much have had taken once last year.... long time...
