Dear Ms. Sonali,
If i have to respond to your query, based on information you posted, all i can say that, either you take paper & pen to write a letter or compose and send email if you have his email id. Its very simple isn't?
Well, i am really surprise to see such queries being posted here. Mr. Dinesh had responded to many such post, many times he didn't receive appreciation for the work he executed. Mr. Simhan raised many queries against such post helping members to realize where they stand from the reader's perspective.
This is the natural tendency of human beings. Either one do not like to google it out or don't have time. Even he/she didn't feel like searching citehr knowledge base to locate if there is/are any such formats that can help me in drafting as per my need and requirement. Even we don't invest our honest/sincere efforts first and then seek help to fine tune our competencies. If this is the scenario, how are we going to learn further.
The final question is how many had spend time/efforts searching online to acquire relevant information and how many had spend little money for buying a book on letter drafting?
I urge members to teach other members "how to fish for life' rather they take it for granted that there are members in this portal who will be helping us(spoon feeding).
With profound regards
