For MBA in HRs LL.B./LL.M would be an added advantage. If you R interested for a full time course U can do LL.B. if not you can go for HR related job and do LL.B. either in Evening College if your city has one such college or go for correspondence course either BGL or Dip.Labour Laws & Adm.laws. I remember Annamalai University has such corres.courses, there could be many other U'sities offering them. You may try thro' sites.
