Thanks to responding me! I just want to somethhing about leave that is, how many days of all kind of leave for both provationary & regular employees is fixed?

As per Shops & Commercial establishments act every employee is eligible 1 EL for every 20 days he/she worked.
Apart from that all the employees will be benefiting 10CL per annum
More over even organisations has their own leave policies. It caries to company to company.
Below are the types of leaves in the organisation
EL - Earned Leave/Previlige Leave
CL - Casual Leave
SL - Sick Leave
ML - Meternity Leave
Special Leaves
