The document which u have attached is Employment agreement which has to be executed by the employee before joining his services.But i am looking for a document which has to be signed by an employee assuering that he would serve our company back in india after he gets trained at our head office in USA ,for short period of time.Since the company would spend a considerable amount for the Visa process,his expenses etc.We no way want the employee to deceive the company.
