Dear All,
We are here to help each other. But I have a feeling that to the trainees we should guide & not spoon feed. If at this stage we are spoon feeding what the person will do in an independent assigment specially when no body is available to him for some reason or the other. Ideally he should have formulated some questions & we should have corrected them & advised accordingly.
This is my personal feeling & no offences meant for anybody with due reagrds to all.
