Hello All, Please suggest some motivational activities or any other activities as I have to organize two activities per month in my company.

Mandeep kaur,
Some of the activities you can consider are :-
1) Motivational or developmental lunch talk. Get consultant trainer to speak on a pre-selected topic during the lunch time (could be 1 to 1 1/2 hrs) and provide free lunch for all attendees. The talks could be in series if it is too difficult to be done within one talk
2) Ge some interesting motivational books ie. Napoleon Hill, Brian Tracey, etc and have a competition for presentation. Invite participation from staff by having them registered. All registrants are given the selected book free. The winners will be awarded a book purchase voucher (also encourage reading).
3) Others like invite staff to share the best book they have read for the year. Also have book purhcase voucher for all speakers. The Learning Development Dept may want to help them in preparing their sharing talk.
Hope these ideas could help!
Cheers
