Charter of Demands refers to demands out forward by the Trade Union before the Management whereas notice of change is the notice issued to employees under section 9A of the ID Act stating that the mentioned changes will be effected on the service conditions of the workmen with effect from the date mentioned therein.

Sorry, charter of demand is usually given to me in hard copy and that also in Malayalam (since I work in Kerala) and that may not be of any use for others. Madhu.T.K

Yes, amendment in standing order and changing service conditions by giving 9A notice are different. Therefore, an establishment having certified standing order should go for amendment int he standing orders also.
