Following Measures cane be taken to tackle fake resumes or certificates issues.
-
-By outsourcing to pre-employment screening service
-Screenings performed by in-house recruitment team
-Recruitment tests
-During the interview process by questioning candidates on time lapse between Degrees and employment
-Inconsistent information on employee history/salary history
-By verifying credentials
-Reference check - It is always good to ask for numbers that are not listed by the candidate. Usually, candidate will give a number of those who will speak positive about him/her.
-Insisting on relieving letters or experience certificates will also help in addressing this problem
it is possible to identify candidates with false claims. And in the long run, candidates should be aware that fake resumes only cause damage to their careers.
