plz help me for deduction of esic 1.75% on wages, actually esic rule above 15 k gross wages didn't deduct. and less then 15 k then deduct but one condition is also them. that is if some employees increment in may month instead to 13 k to 16 k so which is not deduct esic, but i consult with someone who told me that esic which person will be deduct bcz april month we deduct esic and may month not deduct so plz suggest your thoughts and plz help for which formula comfort for this condition in excel

hi,
if the increment took place between apr.-sept. or oct.-mar. then deduction of esic on salary will be compulsory upto Rs. 15000/- instead of Rs. 16000/- after the end of above mentioned period the deduction will have to be stopped.
