Our organisation is register with esic.From a/c ledger we have found that we have paid some charges towards maintanence,repairing and labour work for previous year.We have paid the this charge for vairous comapny/contracter for different work like labour work,maintanance work,reparing work.These parties are not registered with esic so there is a liability for us to pay esic for said expenses.We also wish to pay this esic amt before preparation of balance sheet.
Before starting of online esic payment facility we had paid regularly the payable amt with hard copy of esic challan,but after starting online facility for esic there is a no any such type option online to generate such type of challan.Yes, there is a option of ommited wages challan but it has clearly instruction in said option that
"Miscellaneous Challan should be created only for payment towards “Omitted Wages” which was identified subsequent to Inspection of ESIC official. Payment by Employers towards any other dues will not be adjusted"
Bank is only accepting online/system generated challan.
Now what is option for us to generate online challan for this type of expenses.Please share with me if somebody is success to pay this type challan.It will helpful to those who is facing difficulty same as.
