"MP Sachin Tendulkar has refused from staying in the bungalow allotted to him in Delhi, saying he did not want to waste tax payers' money" - The GOD has truly arrived at the Parliament.

HI RAGHUVARAN,
This is more relevant to HR people and trainers. This how a leader should be. He should always lead by example, not by preaching! Secondly it will definitely motivate youngsters to emulate Sachin Tendulkar. Trainers can give this example while dealing with leadership competencies. I hope many MPs will be influenced by this examples. (those who are no more Ministers and still not yet vacated the official residence).

KEEP IT UP SACHIN. WE ARE WITH YOU. YOU HAVE SHOW A RIGHT WAY.

Unfortunately the latest news reports say that he actually refused because everyone who lived there died in accident. So I guess this is also a lesson in media management :)

I dont know it is necessary to retired from cricket for Sachin or other players when they are contributing well in comparison of other players. If anybody is there who is not used to see the Tendulkar to played i Advised to those people to left watching cricket. Becaues if somebody wants to serve his country with his vision and dreams. so nobody has the rights to advised him to stop to do the same.

hI aLL,

People are talking about Sachin's retirement! But Harsha Bhogle (the commentator) in a Video released two years ago had said that whenever there is no cricket match, people think Sachin might be enjoying Lata Mangeshkar's melodies sitting in his house in an air conditioned room! Harsha Bhogle says they are thoroughly mistaken. Whenever there is no cricket match, you can see Sachin playing cricket from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.in cricket grounds!! He breathes cricket, eats cricket and sleeps cricket. That is why he is there. He always tries to keep himself fit. We should not pay heed to the sayings of Chapell brothers, who are jealous of Sachin! and his achievement. Greg came to India to destroy the Indian cricket team but thank God thousand times he left. Compared to the greatest cricketers, certainly Sachin is the best and his records speak themselves. There is no gainsaying about it. Let us not shy away from facts.

Trainers can cite the example of Sachin and impress upon the participants about the need to put hard work like Sachin, if training has to be effective at workplace and if they want to make a mark in their organization.
