Dear All,
I am working with a construction group (Builder) where I need to handle all the team. My recent task is to coordinate our Sales person with new ideas to enhance the sales part.
My query is "How an HR person can help the sales enhancement"
Kindly guide me with certain ideas to enhance Real Estate Marketing ASAP.
As I need to be ready with solutions within this week.
Thanks & Warm Regards,
Nishtha.

introduce KPIs for sales.
and monitor their work on day to day basis.
you can organise trainings for the sales staff eg on environmental issues like lighting audits/ waste water treatment systems/ VOC in paints etc.. this will help in educating the customer indirectly.

if you see the water bills in delhi, they contain 50% waste water treatment charges..
a week long course on waste water treatment at CSE, tughlakabad used to cost 3.5k couple of years back..
they have another week long course on rain water harvesting...
next lighting energy can be done from TERI...
for sustainable buildings, TERI is a good focal point...
their building in gwal pahari uses a unique funda: they have a tunnel running below the bldg, air is blown inside the tunnel using blowers and then released in the building... the temperature of earth below a certain depth remains constant throughout the year...
then see health and safety standards issued by NIOSH...
trips and falls are 2 major causes of accidents...
