Hi Sweta,
I hope this helps you.
The HR Strategy for recruitment
The main elements of the HR Strategy that support the vision are:
People Management – Rewards & Benefits, Development and Recruitment
• Attracting and recruiting high calibre people
• Enhancing employee engagement and improving employee retention
Business Processes – Measurement, Governance and Systems
• Ensuring that competent systems house reliable, valid and relevant data, in order to provide valuable metrics to the business
Rewards & Benefits, Development & Recruitment
Attracting and recruiting high calibre people
The two major resourcing pressures currently are:
• Internally continues to win more work and therefore requires more resource including people
• Externally the resource pool is limited
To respond to the critical resourcing needs, attention is focused on:
• widening the net to attract people from adjacent industries to meet business diversification plans (e.g. energy, environment ….)
• developing long term recruitment strategies which draw on resources directly from schools
• exploring resource availability and quality from EU countries
• streamlining our resourcing process, including being more innovative in our marketing campaigns.
Hope it helps
