Lego Serious Play (LSP) consists of tools and a process that help organizations gain broad input and commitment from a group of people who work together. LSP was developed by psychologists at Lego and involves using specially developed Lego pieces in workshops, which are supervised by certified LSP consultants. The combination of the structured learning process and hands-on play makes the LSP experience memorable and efficient.
