Dear Neetu,
The best way to remain engaged is by constantly innovating and improving respectively. The system you have implemented must be a very well thought process, tailor-fit to the organization's need. However, did you audit the implementation ? What are the gaps that you have noticed so far and how would you improve upon them?
In terms of newer implementation, please consider the areas that are best parallel to your firm's need. Which are the areas that you have considered and identified?
HR Analytic is very interesting and requires high involvement too. This brings in a credibility to the HR Process and helps it make error free. Similarly Leadership development , legal and other areas will bring in fresh learning for you.
Please share if any of our suggestions are aligned to what you have been looking for? What are the problem you might face to consider or implement in your situation? Looking forward to hear from you
