Dear All,
We are engaging around 31 production trainees for the period 1.5 year.After completion of suceesful period, they are likely to be considered in probationary cader. Right now we are not giving any annual leave to them. But as per Factorys act, if an employee has completed 240 days, he should entiled for Annual leave.
kindly let us know whether annual leave to be credited to these trainees in their training period
