Hi,
An employment agreement is an agreement signed by an employer and employee with all the terms and conditions of employment. They usually also attach a non disclosure agreement along with it. I will try and send you a sample ASAP.

As other have explained employement agreement is an agreement between employer and employee, containing all the terms and conditions of employement.
Though i cannot send you our company's agreement as these are not public docs but u can find many samples of them at google.
