I know payroll hr sees this section,but i really don't know what's the process while preparing and after filing.
How many days he/she could work for preparing salary process for employee and what next?
Who send money(transfer money to their bank a/c's) to employees?
If payroll hr did everything,then what's the work of accounts & financial officers?
and who pays to that hr?he/she should do himself/herself?
I want to learn and sorry if you think this is a baby type question?

Fianance and accounts deprtt. works on "financial budget" in 1 word. HR approvs the HR related compliances from salary to exit F&F settlements.
HR prepares salary based on attendence , head count. HR Does all addition to gross and all legal deductions for net salary.
Lateron legal compliances to be done as per prescribed dates. All these lead to HR-accounting and budgeting.

I had worked in a job before my pg and then they gave me a debit card and i got monthly salary direct to bank. But i don't know who sees this step of depositing salary into employee a/c's and how much part of payroll-hr and accountants there were.

In payroll process below mentioned tasks are to be performed by HR Department:
1) Calculate employees salary for the current Month
2) Share the figures of salary amount with Finance Department
3) Coordinate with bank for salary transfers i.e Salary papers & salary cheque
4) Coordinate with bank for Fall-out report with a copy to finance department
5) Confirm with finance department whether the fall out amount is credited back to Company Current Account

Dear Babu,
Fall report is a mail interaction shared by bank relationship manager/ point of contact from bank after salary transfer. This report contains details of unsuccesful salary transfers. Point 5) is also a mail exchange between Finance & HR Department.
For 3) you can have excel sheets & for transfer letters you can draft a letter with instruction to the bank for tranfer. Please note that the salary transfer sheets are required to be saved & filled carefully on monthly basis as the same information might be required for Audit.
