Along with Retail sales, one more training is important and that is on managing inventory. I handle training programme on "Purchase and Inventory Management for Retail Stores". In today's cut throat competition where capital is scarce, managing inventory is of paramount important. If not managed well, precious capital gets blocked in the form of inventory. Managing shelf space is quite important. There has to be rationale behind what to store and how much to store. This expertise comes only with strong analytical base and this base can only be developed through training. No retail executive can have this on his/her own.
There are very few trainers who conduct this type of training. It is my pride and privilege to be amongst those few. Those who are interested can contact me to discuss further about this programme.
