is there any specific rule of working hour in IT company for peons; security guards or night shift guard?
as i am working on this but there is nothing in transperancy .
kindly suggest me if you had implemented something related to working hour policy for peons; guards.

Dear Meenu, Greetings! For Security Gaurd - 12 hours duty time in that "8" hours duty and " 4" hours OT. Rgds, John N

dont have 12 hours shifts for any security gaurd/ supervisor. You may be safe at the moment yet it is not in conformance of pRivate security agencies regulation PSAR Act 2005.
secondly, if you pay double the wages as over time then is it economical to have another shift or overtime for an existing guard.
third 50hrs is the cap for overtime in a quarter...
another advice, have a indemnity bond to set off all losses due to theft/ pilferage with the security company.
