Please do some activities like fun at work and focus on employee engagement activities.
It includes like
Suggestion scheme
Buddy System
Mutual Appreciation system
open house
Different CFT(Cross functional teams)
birthday celebration
game shows (once in a while)
festival celebration
picnic
Perfomanece linked incentives
employee of the month
star performer
cultural activities
giving some allowances to motive the wokres like (employees who wear the shoes on shop floor for whole month, employyes who get present for whole month, give aalowances to the poor employee's children for their education)
and other than that please make search on google.
I hope all this will help you to retai employee for lon time.
