RAJINDER SINGH
Dear Sir,
I joined a Public Sector Bank as an Officer JMG Scale - I in the month of may 2006. The bank had undertaken a service bond of Rs. 2 Lac on Non - judicial stamp paper and the same was mentioned in the advertisement given by the Bank in the beginning of recruitement process. The bond is for a period of 3 years.
My main queries are:
1. If I leave the organization before expiry of the bond period then am I liable to pay the amount.
2. If I am liable to pay the amount, will it be on the proportionate basis or the whole amount.
3. Is the bond transferrable from one PSU to another PSU, Govt. Organization, state Govt. Organization and vice- versa.
4. The policies of the Bank has been changed (both transfer and promotion) since my joining the Bank.
kindly revert us back with your useful suggestion at earliest
