The maximum compensation under the EDLI is Rs 130000 and the wage ceiling for contribution is Rs 6500. There is no age limit for such contribution. Regards, Madhu.T.K

Dear Mukesh,
As per new amendment, Maximum Benefit under EDLI is Rs.1,30,000/-.This amount to be claimed by the Member who is expired either Natural/Accidental/Occupational Disease in the course of employment after submitting Form 5 (IF) to RPFO of your area concerned.

EDLI is payable irrespective of whether the death has taken place due to employment or occupational injury or disease. Madhu.T.K

Hellow,
Its find the limit is 130000/- but from where it is applicable, whether PF authority or theough any of the trust created for the same. I have doubt whether PF authority has increased the limt or not.???????
