Hi,
I am working in one of Ahmedabad based IT company.
We do have 30 Employees in our company.
We are having 1st and 3rd Saturday off.
And we provide two paid leave in a month which will get reimbursed in March End if it is in Balance of Employee's Account.
We reimbursed Leave Based on CTC.
There is no any policy yet finalized for PL,SL,CL.
We would like change our office working days and we want to provide all Saturday, Sunday off.
In that case i would like to have some suggestion that how we designed a leave structure and policy if we provide every Saturday, Sunday holiday and accordingly we give them a new leave structure which can be beneficial for Employee and Employer also.
Regards,
Dimple
