Dear All
In Ambatur, Chennai/ The PF officials sending notices to the companies, that they have to deduct the PF amount for the Attendance Bonuses. They says as per new PF act says except HRA other payments in what ever earnings including incentives(attendance bonuses). Please explain this is correct then post the relevant PF act amendment.
