ESI Applicability Reduced To 10 Persons In Kerala

I learnt that the Kerala Government has issued notifiation G.O.(P) No.76/2011/LRB dated 28th June 2011 to reduce the threshold of ESI applicability to establishment to 10 persons...this notification is published in vol LVI dated 7th July 2011 and the number is 1324...
Can kerala team help me to provide me the government notification, please?...

ESI Corporation has already notified it and the responsibility of enforcement lies on the respective state government. Hence the government of Kerala has notified it and it should be understood as a notification following the earlier direction by the ESIC.
