Hi Megha
You can have various activities like Number Game where ask the employees to form a group then ask them to speak 1 to 99 and tell them that on 7 or multiple of seven you have to clap instead of speaking the number this will be fun exercise and also helps in increasing concentration. One who speak 7 or its multiple instead of clapping will be eliminated and then again continue from next member. the one left at last will be the winner.
I could help you more with team building and other excercise but do let me know with what aim you are taking these excercises.

the session has to be motivating and refreshing one for the employees since it would be starting of the day...normally u can call employees individually and appreciate their previous day performance or the things he/she performed well.....
Weekly once you can conduct like blue dress day in which employees are asked to dress well in color blue....... or keeping the bay clean or their respective places clean with inspirational quotes....... and gifting the best employee...with in your team..
if any festival is approaching sharing some useful information..small open chat...

Hi Megha
Introduce simple exercise along with light music for 5 to 8 minutes for all your employees and ask them do before starting work (May be in the morning, afternoon or night shift). It brings the freshness to their work.
We have implemented the same in our organization and we found result is good.
Thanks

Dear Megha,
You can have activities of name game, like starting from one corner and ask to tell his/her name then the should tell 1st person name and then his/her own name, then the third person tell the 1st and then 2nd person name then his/her own name...and till the 10th or the last one its become a chain of names its really very enjoying and interesting game... of few minutes and refreshing too
Thanks

Hi Megha,
You can keep blind drawing activity among small groups.
Steps to follow:
1.Prepare small paper chits printed with some pictures like elephants on a ball, christmas tree with star, boat under a bridge..etc..rather than single pic if you can keep little combinations, it would be fun.
2. Now divide into two groups.
3.Ask one person to come and stand facing towards boars, and next ask the team members to select one chit, now the person near the board doesnt know, now the whole team needs to enact the picture, and the person need to draw the picture on the board. (eg:dumbcharades arts)
4. Now repeat the same with the next team, and you can give points to which team has drawn the picture in a better way. second team need to choose another chit.
5. Quite an enjoyable game, people who are bit shy also can participate and avoid their inhibition.
Thanks
