i am going raise the same problem that have been posted earlier but no one replied hence it urged me to ask once again..
i have done my MPM AND joined a service industry just 3 month ago but i was appointed as system analyst instead of hr assts or trainee etc.which i think not suitable title for my career growth in future bcoz i am qualified in hr profession so i have taken decision to change the company only due to the designation matter. currently i am working on hr erp software in the same company.apart from payroll i did not find more learning here.
so please guide me what should i do? can i change the company?

Hello Ganesh,
Dont leave the job until you have one in your hand....
If you have a better option or a better job where you may switch, then only you should leave the your current job.
The other option is to continue your current job atleast for 6 months and then go for other job...It will be helpful for you as exp of 6 months is minimum considered by the companies...
Dont leave until u get another....

See the exp that u will gain for 6 mnths can be used by you at your choice....
Suppose you are going for any intervw which does not want/demand system analyst candidates, just remove it from ur cv...
The benefit you will get is you can use this experience if you get a good job related to this profile ie system analyst...
Also someday you can do job related to this field if there is no job related to your field ie HR...
See something is better than nothing....6 mnth exp better than a fresher...
Also you may use it as per ur wish....understood
And wen u get a better job go for it...

Hi Ganesh, first thing I wanna say that you are not qualified in HR but have HR qualification bcz there is no end of learning HR and no one can be qualified in HR. We all HR persons have suitable qualification, are working in HR world and learning or say Human
I wanna say that there is no need for multiple posts and you didn’t get reply doesn’t mean you need to post your query with a new post. No!!
Second, you said that you are working on HR-ERP, could you please let me know what exactly you are doing there.
Third, you just have joined a company/organization and have decided that you are not learning anything there..dude you are a new cog and have to adjust yourself with the industry environment and also you are working since last three months..how can you think that your employer will teach you everything in a single short …
It is not possible that you were not informed by the Employer before that you were going to appoint on System Analyst position, not for HR Assistant /Executive, and you never agreed the terms of Appointment letter. Not possible!!!
And if you knew that you were going to appoint as a System Analyst then why did you agreed on the terms or for this position instead of HR Personnel that is not related to your function or career. WHY??
Well Ganesh, as you said that you are working on a HR –ERP software, I wud suggest you to stay here for more days, gain some experience as well as you can go for other SAP-HR course which will enhance your skills. See SAP-HR is the latest demand of HR world and believe me you will learn many things with it but there is no need to add bad things in your CV i.e. Short duration Jobs, multiple post which is not good for you and for the beginners in this area of functions and for everyone…
Best of Luck
