What is Salary break up, How the salary will be divided and is it a mandatory to breakup. and also mention the percentage and the procedure how to handle all Salary structure.

a. If a proprietorship consultancy pay the cash as salary (not credited to account) is it a right, can the proprietor or owner has to pay any tax to government or someone, whats the procedure kindly explain?
b.What are the different softwares uses in the Big Big companies for HR salary and other HR stuff?
c. Is it not possible to shift into Recruitment to Payroll executive without experience?

Yes salary break up is mandatory, because it gives you a clear idea about your earnings and contributions.
Salary structure is nothing but Basic+DA+HRA+Conveyence+other allownces-your contributions (PF+ESIC+LWF+PT).
If propritor is paying someone in cash means he is not showing your employement legaly to govt. so he dont need to pay any tax or contribution for that employee.
each company uses different type of software for their daily activities. it can be PAYROLL or anything else as per its needs.
it is possible. only you need to keep on learning new things.

Please clarify the doubts under the Minimum wages Structure.
We are running a Catering Service in Coimbatore. I know very well the Minimum Wages under the TN Cat Establishment Act-1958-59. But I don't know what are washing allowance to be given to our Employees Because of Washing Allowance not covered under The ESI Act-1948. Please clarify.

is CTC means that employer's contribution for PF/ESI is also deducted in the said CTC or Should Employer pay separately from company accounts??
please give some suggestion on the same..? since i hav come cross one company where PF/ESI contribution of employer's is been deducted from employee's salary? i.e from employees CTC.
