Before answering your query let me ask you a few questions to find out your background and motivation.
What qualifications and experience do you have?
What do you want in life: work in industry or work in academia?
Management is a wide field; hence, in what area of management do you want to specilise?
Without knowing answers to such questions, it will be answering why go abroad; and how far is it to London and how to go there?
Have a nice day.

My dream is to do business(or establish an organization) in future. as per my knowledge before going to do any business we must have some knowledge as well as experience. But in the existed environment i don't have that much scope to update my knowledge. So i thought that if i will go for PhD. get more clearance on expected things. But here the problem is which topic i will choose to do PhD.? Coming to facts i am in confusion what i will do?
the following are the my key skills:
• Deep level of analytical ability and accuracy
• Exceptional flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
• Ability to lead the team
I had experience in relating fields:
Administration & Management
• Management of Organization Internal Activities and Employee work assessment.
• Performance appraisal and Pay roll.
• Counsel the employees and motivate them towards improvement
Software Designing / Plan Out
• Software Designing finalization through customer communication and as well as customer requirements;
• Software testing Test case Designing and also checking with required Parameters
Project Asst. – Analyst.
• Finalizing the customer requirements with collecting requirements from
customer and also Guide and communicate the Customer as well as
Developer Team for taking action relevant, if any doubt for developing or
providing the Satisfactory Solution to the customer as well as developer.
