Hi Vaskar, Dear I would like to tell you that there are lot more discussion held and queries been resolve and more available on the same topic here on this CiteHR place and on others. I endorse Mr. Arora's views.
Kindly search the internet first; much before that there is a search option available at the top. Please put in some kind of effort to get what you are looking for. I wonder why people rush to post a query before exhausting all the options available to them. Most of the queries have answers in Internet. HR-based informtion is available in CiteHR and various other HR portals. There is no Gain without Pain...

Mr Basha,
We belong to an era when inernet was not in existence. Still we managed to survive...... Many youngsters are of the opinion that CiteHR is like a Supermarket, just walk around and pick up what one wants. If you want some practical advice for a problem that somebody is facing in an organisation, seniors here can always help them out. But even small simple things
like how to write a letter to an employee....isnt it something too much to ask for !

dear Mr.Sundaram,
You are right, I go through your thought, today's youngsters need everything to be known and employers also need a candidate with multitasking skilled. We, the seniors should help to improve their career sir.

Mr. Basha,
I agree we should help the youngsters, but please tell me initiative should come from whom. Even now, I use internet extensively for subject research on any training topic. I download, save on destop and read them thoroughly. I hardly buy any management book these days. Internet has an abundance of information. When I am able to use internet at this age, extensively, why not youngsters make an attempt to search all links under a particular topic, develop formats and letters on their own, make an attempt, post them in this site and then seek seniors' opinion on that. Unless they put in proactive interest, they will never improve in their career. For anything and everything, they rush to CiteHR, without exhausting other options ! Situation is pretty bad indeed. B-schools also churnout students who do not know how to write one full sentence in English, without any mistake !
