Hi Deepak,
Definitely conducting such polls gives you better idea about customer expectations. This way you can restructure kind of facilities offered along with healthcare insurance policies for eg. mediclaim insurance of Max Bupa covers all day care procedures, maternity benefits and policy carry forward option etc. In this poll I've selected benefits option but i strongly feel that there should be excellent servicing also, because it really matters when one is facing medical problem.
