Hello miqdadali, Any suggestions will be more meaningful & realistic if you give the FULL details of the circumstances/reasons for your decision — that too within 15 days of joining. Rgds, TS

Hi Miqdadali,
Please mention the reasons for leaving the job in just 15 days, as TS suggested it will help us provide better suggestions.
Also, I feel during probation(if you have one in the company) the notice period would be less than 3 months.though it is not mandatory but most companies have such policies, please refer to the contract of employment in detail.

Generally, 3 months notice period for the experienced professionals and many organisations do not impose probation period for such personnel. Why did you join there? Did you get any better offers in the interrugnum?

Dear Mr. Ali,
Please note that it’s not ethical & professional to leave your current job within such a short employment, this would reflect a bad note on your CV & doesn’t give good impression for your future employer as well. However please send us know the below points in order for us to suggest you:-
1) Clause of termination or resignation on your offer letter & appointment letter.
2) Probation period.
3) Reason of leaving the company with such a short time of employment?
4) What were the expenses on your recruitment by the company?

If u got good opportunity the leave the job. if it is possible for u to wait for more 15 days then take one month salary and leave.

That is a very unethical advice.
You think it's a good idea to take the salary and vanish without notice and information the next day ? It's a small world and you will meet the same people elsewhere.
Even if you can't give full notice, you should at least give as much time as possible for the company to find a replacement
