Hi, If an employee resigns from a company and wants to settle his pf account will he get the full amount including his pf contribution and employers contribution (both epf and eps). Regards, Simi

please let me know the if an employee joined in the month ov Nov2008 and resigned in May'11, does he get earned leave encashment for the period from nov '08 to nov'09 as per Andhra Pradesh shops & establishments act.

Send your resignation attaching medical certificate and other reasons for not continuing in the job. Wait for their response. Your PF won’t go anywhere and you will get it. pon
