I joined a company seven years back.
Before issuing appointmnt letter, company had sent me an offer letter in which my monthly CTC was calculated and superannuation amount was shown as part of ctc.
I joined the company and after seven year when I am leaving the company , I am told that as per company rules superannuation will be paid on completion of 10 years of service.
I have the offer letter shows superannuation as part of my monthly ctc.
Can any body advise what should i do.
