Hi plzzz tell me about employee grade and their band ...... If u can tell me in detail it would be nice...... I know this things are used for salary purpose..........and it differes from company to company........if have any detail about how the grading and bands given to employee and if i have ...grading and band structure for all the positions it would be great.....waiting for ur reply....regards

Pay bands are created as a part of well organised and structured compensation plan.Bands help classify the salary of employees in grade system as well as in a band...
For example: A helper and a driver are getting the same salary at same level, so in order to classify there salary and salary of employees in the same level or who are doing the similar jobs are put in one category - which is known as Pay bands.
