Hi All,
We are a small software testing company. We will be having our annual appraisals in this months.
In order to give fair and competitive compensations i wanted to do a market survey for compensation. Is there any website where i will find this kind of a survey?
Management is not willing to spend on this task so will require something which is free of charge. Even a rough idea will help!
Seeking help from all you HR Professionals!

Without investing on Surveys, some quick but only indicative ways are:
1. Collate info from the interviews that you do.
2. Collect info from the recruiting firms that you use.
3. Collate info from people who have joined you recently about salary in their organization.
There would be inaccuracies but trust me even in most organised surveys have inaccuracies as companies do not reveal every thing.
