Hi Sanjeev,
1. Can I withdraw my money from PF account after 10 years.
You can withdraw/transfer your PF after leaving the services of the Company. The period of service does not matter.
2. How many years I can keep the amount in that PF account or the account will be automatically closed.
As per new regulation if a particular PF account is not active for consecutive three years, no interest will be paid on the accumulated amount. The A/C does not get closed, but becomes inactive.
3. How will I get my pension.Which documents will be needed to get the pension.
In order to withdraw your PF & Pension amounts you have to speak to the HR of your last company and fill up two forms (Form 10C for pension & Form19 for PF) and submit with the HR. Rest the HR will complete all formalities.
4. If I complete 10 years in second company. Will I get two pensions from EPF.
You can either withdraw your PF from your last company or transfer the PF amount to your current Company PF account. This way you will have a single account and the amount of last PF will get transferred to new account. For this you need to speak with your current company HR and they will do the needful.
Do revert in case you need any other help.

Hi, I worked with a company in 2005. I didn’t transfer or withdraw my EPF account. Now I want to withdraw the amount. Can you tell me the procedure to withdraw my EPF amount. PK seenu
Hi Seenu,
You need to contact the HR of this Company. In most cases the HR is co-operative and processes the paper work even after this long period.. They will give you two forms to fill for PF & Pension which you can fill with your personal & Bank details and submit along with a cancelled cheque. PF office takes near about 3 months to process withdrawls, depending upon state to state.
Or you can just ask the HR of your current Company to process a transfer application for your PF in which case you just need to fill up one form (Form13) and give to your current Company HR and they will do the rest.
