Hi Sajith,
This is prashant from Pune. i feel their is no need of any format.. jst decide what things u want to present to Mgt... based on that you can prepare format. here i m giving u some hints:-
1 Monthly HR Recruitment status (Planeed vs Actual)
2 Monthly statutary process and their status ( PF / ESIC Challan submisions
etc)
3.Admin Expenses / Issues if any..
4 New amendments in HR policy if any
5. You can highlights some key achivement during the month..
Hope the above point will help you to make a formats for HR MIS.
All the best :-
Rgds,
Prashant.

There are no standard formats for reports.

Each company identifies what it needs to know, and structures the report around those parameters.

Talk to the people who read the reports and ASK THEM what they need to know. That will be the format of your report.
