I think I would be more concerned about finding out if candidates had the right mix of skills and experience to do the job than worrying about analysing handwriting.
If you want the right candidate for the job, you only need 6 things:
1. A proper position description which sets out the requirements of the job
2. A person specification setting out what the successful candidate needs to perform the job
3. A rigorous selection process to choose the top 4 candidates to interview
4. A targeted interview questionaire to ensure the candidates can do the job and integrate into the company
5. Well trained interviewer/s
6. A rigorous reference checking process

Dear Sachin,
Getting a right candidate for job depends on the followings;
1. Maturity and knowledge level of the interviewers.
2. Paying capacity of the employer.
3. Available telent in the area.
If the above three things are managed tactfully than only the right candidate can be recruited.

Finding right incumbent from the sea of heads is like finding a gem from the rakes of coal, a needle from the hay stack etc. It is a master"s act and all tools available must be used to find a prospective incumbent amongst the eligible audience.

Hi Sheel,
Its a good presentation on a dying out art. Am sure the experts in handwriting analysis would be able to determine all that is mentioned in the presentation. Its really not possible in general, to have such an expert on hand during recruitment process. But nevertheless handwriting does expose ones true self.
Thanks for the presentation

To certain extent i do agree what you said about. Now in this part of the world we all are more informative and we do believe to be noticed in a different way in the crowd. So what normally people do to impress the employer they get their resume written by a professional resume writer and people like us naturally get impressed to sortlist those candidate for an interview. But facts remains the facts... So here when he fails through his appearance and aptitude test then question arise to go with an option of handwriting. Testing a person through with his hand writing will not ditch the interviewer... and here candidate will not have to play around. This is my opinion. Kind of resume they upload we feel ocean is full of gem only..
