Hi Manasi,
I am sorry for your conditions. Right now, you can go for two options:
First, If you have a legal contract having signature of both the parties, you can take legal actions in this case. Take the lawyer's advice.
Secondly, if you do not want to go for the legal procedures you can blacklist this client so that no other consulting company will work for them.
All the best and hope this advice will help you.

Dear Manasi,
Strong follow up is the only solution, keep calling, drop emails, try and meet the executive in person, try and establish contacts with the key decision makers of the client company.
Do this for a month and you will get your money, remember be professional and dont be abusive or aggressive, but be assertive.

Hey thanks... M taking follow up regularly, but every time he say will release it by end of the month of Jan from last 2 months... But now today is the end of Jan... but no positive response from their end... And the client company is not the same city, that we can meet them up..... I will never be abusive, but I'm tense...

Dear Manasi,
This is a problem faced by many consultancy who deal with clients who are out stationed.
I suggest you try finding out the key decision makers of the company via some social networking site, and tell them the issue, I believe your client will release the payment on completion of three months of your candidate in the clients office.

Mansi offer the manager some share for releasing the amount. Some do have the habit of itching palm. They dont tell directly but they do herrass in this way.
Give the person offer he will release in week time. I am sure this will work.

Hi Friends

Iam also a HR consultant having my own consultancy and having real bad experience. I can openly name my clients who are real cheap players naming themselves as professionals. They all think we are like brokers. The day should come one day, where all the companies understand our importance and they should know that, we are helping hand for them in the business and we are also professionals. Please find below two companies, who cheated us without paying. But enjoyed free service from us.

TULIP IT SERVICES -WE APPOINTED ONE CANDIDATE FOR SALES POSITION FOR 54000/- IN THE YEAR JUNE 2009. TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT PAID OUR FEE AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES BEST COMPANY IN IT SERVICES. THEIR OFFICE IS IN G N CHETTY ROAD, OPP TO ACCORD...AND THE HEAD HR LADY HALF THE TIME SHE WOULD BE IN LEAVE AND THE ASST.RAGHU HAS NO VOICE THERE. I WAS 8 MONTH PREGNANT,WENT TO THEIR OFFICE ON FOLLOWUP, BUT OF NO USE AND MY DAUGHTER IS 2 YRS.SO BEWARE OF TULIP..........

D2E SOLUTIONS:(DOWN TO EARTH) THEIR OFFICE IS LOCATED IN GUINDY - ALEXANDER SQUARE. VERY CHEAP PLAYERS CALLING THEMSELVES MNC. THEY INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AS BELGIUM BASED MNC COMPANY AND DEALING WITH IPHONE PROJECTS. WE LINED UP LOTS OF CANDIDATES. WE PLACED ONE GIRL FOR HR AND ONE GUY FOR IPHONE DEVELOPEMENT. PUT TOGETHER TOTAL AMOUNT WAS 15000 + 38000.SAME STORY...GAVE US BIG HALWA...SAYING FUND HAS TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM BEGIUM. IF WE LEAVE ALL THIS CHEAP PLAYERS IN THE MARKET, THEY WILL SPOIL INDIA'S NAME AND ECONOMY. THE BY LAWS SHOULD BE SET FOR ALL THESE CHEAP PLAYERS.NOW I HEARD THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN AIRTEL DEALERSHIP...IAM WONDERING HOW A LEADING TELECOM COMPANY CAN GIVE FRANCHISE TO THESE TYPE OF CHEAP PLAYERS....ULTIMATELY..EVERYONE NEEDS MONEY..THEY DON BOTHER ABOUT CODE OF ETHICS.....

ANYWAYS...ALL MUST BE WONDERING IAM EMOTIONAL...THAT IS NOT THE CASE. I WANT TO SHOW THIS WORLD HOW CHEAP PEOPLE ARE...AND SOMEONE SHOULD TAKE INITIATIVE TO FORM A COUNSIL OR FORUM FOR HR BUSINESS. IN INDIA EVEN BEGGERS THEY HAVE ASSOCIATION, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HAVE ANY ASSOCIATION, WHERE IN WE CAN REGISTER OURSELVES AND MEMBERSHIP CARD IS GIVEN AND SETTING RULES TO MNC'S, THOSE WHO ARE IN VENDOR REQUIREMENT SHOULD FOLLOW THE PROTOCAL AND SIGN THE AGREEMENTS.

WAITING FOR A DAY..WHERE WE WOULD BE RECOGNIZED....

WISHING YOU ALL GOOD LUCK
