Dear Member
As per the provisions of the Factories Act, one leave with wages for every 20 days worked to be paid. As per the policy of the company, the ceiling limit of accumulation of the ELs will vary i.e. 30, 60, 45 etc., Beyond this ceiling, the employee will have option to get the leaves encashed on submissiong of a request letter to the management.
Hope it is clear to you

Please inform if we have to consider leave entitlement based on the factories act, 1948 (sec 79) or the shop and establishment act applicable for the said location.
