Dear Akanksha
Welcome to CiteHR.com !!!
I have merged both your separate threads; and now the reason - why you want a salary slip format becomes amply clear.
I would implore you not to "fabricate" a salary slip, just to show it to your potential employer. There are several ways to prove the salary one is getting.
It is best to be truthful and state the facts, if your current employer is not providing salary slips.
Do revert back if you have any apprehension on this matter.
Warm regards.

PT - It Varies State to state and it is calculated on the Gross salary of the employee
