Dear Raksha,
When the employer goes through her resume, if he/she founds that she has resigned her present job and not working, there is a possibility of rejecting the resume.
If she has not mentioned her resignation, she may be caught during the interview and she has to give proper explanation to justify it.
Now u can decide whether to include or not.

Dear Raksha, there is no need to mention about resigntion in resume. He can clear these thing during interview. If he mention these things in resume then its very dificult to get the job.

Dear Raksha,
In my opinion in every CV the candidate normally cites his past experience.
In that column ask her to indicate the period of service in the last employment. Do not mention anything in the cover letter.
If the employer calls you for the interview during the preliminary verification process if he seeks information of past employment you can mention about your being out of employment.
Please remember "TRUTH ALONE TRIUMPHS".
Best regards

Hi Raksha,
No need to mention about the resignation in her resume. she can mention as mentioned below in professional exeperience column:
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE : Worked as a XYZ (Designation) at XYZ (Lasy company name ) from Start duration ( month & Year ) to End duration (Month & Year). (No need to mention the specific date.)
Note: But she can clear these thing during interview.

Dear Ms.Raksha,
Resigned case may be working and not left over the job. You can mentioned as working till date.
If employer observs her resignation in her CV, there may be possibility to -ve negociation, while fixation of proposed salary.

Dear Raksha
Elaborating the matter of CV is not necessary. In-fact this can be discussed via the discussion.
Disclosing of the resignation, that too in a CV, will cultivate further doubts in Employer. Thus will lead to rejection of the upcoming potential job.

Hi All Don’t mention it in Resume But be straight in interview. It will help you in finding right job with dignity & self esteem.
