Dear Friends.
I worked in a consulting firm . i resigned my job due to my health issue. they too agree with that and said they'll give me pending dues with in 2 months.. and now the 2 months was over . when i asked them for the same. they say that wont be giving my pending dues. also threatening me. i gave my written resignation letter to them. and left after proper relieval..
for my notice they have not given those dues even to my seniors who left the job. now my colleagues who worked there was also suffering from this..
so kindly guide me to collect my dues.

Hi,
Do you have the copy of your resignation, if yes, forward a letter alogwith photocopy of your resignation asking them the Full and Final Sattelment. If you don't have, no issues, just send a mail referring your resignation and ask them to pay the full and final amount.
If they don't listen, send a reminder and if again they don't listen, you may rais to issue on front of Factory Inspector. But for that, you should have the written communication.

Hi Thanks for your valuable feedback . but i dont have any copy of my resignation. i do have my mail reference where they have accepted. i also send so many mails but there s no proper response.

Take a print out of all mail communication sent to employer, appointment letter, resignation letter etc which shows you were an employee with that particular firm. First send them a legal notice stating either pay my balance due or will take appropriate legal action. Still not pay attention to your demand then file application to concerned labour officer.
