hello amit,
confusion is not bad itself ,worse is the case when it remains for a long time that too unkempt, you are not late, first decide if you want to be in academics or in corporate or want to own your concern meant for supportting big business houses, m. phill or ph.d is helpful only if u are planning to be a teacher or lecturer, llb is without any doubt very good support in our profession whether u r in service industry or in manufacturing but it is a long time consuming degree, u should plan for it through distance learning without staking your experince in the industry, sap is somthing that will put u out of the full fledged HR domain as it is much technical in its orientation, more it requires an eligibility u have to look for it over the site for sap education partners in india, it is costly too, at the stage u should be looking for one to three months long training for a particular HR domain function such as payroll or administration or recruitment or policy or labourr laws or employee benefit legislations etc. at this stage your prime concern is to be rolling your self in a job first and then planning for growth, u can go for preparing for psu jobs too considering your age, academics, willingness to work hard to compete rigrously at all india level and more your self appreciation........
all the best
feel free asking any thing
