Basically it is a database company providing B To B services and comes undr service sector.....
I hope this info will help you in advicing me for the Dress Code Policy.....

as u are asking about is very inportant for any organization to represent there company . u should wearing formal. like pant,blazer , lite colour shirt and tie.. will be good .

All employees are expected to strictly adhere to the dress code of the Company at all times.
Level Dress Code
CEO, President Formal business suit. (Blazers/ Jackets may be hung in their cabins) - Mandatory
Vice President, Sr. Vice President, Asst. Vice President Formal business suit. (Blazers/ Jackets may be hung in their cabins) - Recommended
Sr. Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, Formal wear (Wearing a tie is mandatory)
Sr. Officer, Officer, Sr. Assistant, Assistant Business casuals (Jeans, T-shirts, Chinos, Shorts, Sports shoes, slippers etc are not allowed)
Marketing Formal wear (Wearing a tie is mandatory)
All Women Employee Indian or Western formal wear
During a client / customer visit, everyone must be formally attired. Department Head must ensure that the employees working under them adhere to the dress code at all times.
Employees can dress casually on all Saturdays. However shorts, slippers etc. are not considered as part of casual wear

Semi formal or casual

For men
• Suit or Jacket and complimentary trousers
• Collared Shirt
• Tie
• Clean Shoes with appropriately matching socks
