Hi,
Iam working as a HR in a software company.I hava a problem in my office, we have almost 200 employees working in the companyand we have ladies and gents.someone is keeping gifts at the place of one lady employee from the past 1 week she didnot bring to our notice because initaially she took casually and later she doesnot want that to become an issue but as it is repeatedly happening she brought it to my notice .what shall i do now shall i tell this to the management because we have CC cameras in our office where the manager can see the person and solve the problem or should i not say this to management.
seniors please help me to solve this problem with your experience.

Either let the Lady or youself take the gifts to your homes and enjoy! OR maybe you can collect them and keep for prizes for some employee welfare programmes or appreciation awards. Keep collecting them till the person who sends them runs out of patience and resources..................rgrds

I had read your problem. I feel that u should discuss with your higher authority and try to trap the person and enquire the reason for keeping gifts every day.

As you have CC cameras installed inside your office, you can monitor those and identify the person who is disturbing the lady employee.

Hey that I dont suggest . It may be possible the person like to propose the lady .
Send an email circular to all and inform about the CC TV camera to the employees.
There person may be trying to impress her. Falling in love and gifting is not a crime.
If she is married and receiving the gifts then the person who is putting the gifts is doing a wrong thing and according to me he should be kicked out.

Actually every organization nowadays following 5S, Kaizen, EMS, OHSAS and QMS activities to make an organisation as World Class. Every thing has its own place. Please ask Admn Manager whether it is done by Admn. Dept for the company or without the knowledge of Admn. Dept. If not within the knowledge of Admn./Company, you may send an email communication to the Admn. Dept with a copy to your Boss. So, right thing is done in right time.

Dear Swapna,
When CC Camera is working with u there is no problem. just create the rumor who is doing this, management is knows him and very soon they will take serious action on him.
In every office there is a problem with females but they react always be bold.
As a HR you always should be brave & bold. Because we the rep of the management.
