Hi Manisha,
I would suggest you to prepare banners, Posters, & stick them were ever requires, along with paper presentation for more effective understanding abt office decipline,
Decipline could be interms of attendance & punctuality,, breaks in between the business hours, dressing sence, culture in the company, peer relationship, quality of organising themselfs, even small things like saving electricity, switching down AC, Moniters while out of seat, cell phone usage in the office premises, Lunch room etiquettes,
You can take each as a point & high light according to your company requirements.
